What Meridian stores

Your account details (username, email, timezone, and any profile fields you fill in), the meeting types and availability you set up, and the bookings people make with you, including the name, email, timezone, and notes they enter when booking.

What Meridian never does

Your information is never sold or shared for advertising. There are no trackers and no analytics scripts. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Connected services

If you connect Google Calendar, Meridian reads your busy times so they are never offered for booking, and adds new bookings to your calendar. Meridian stores the access tokens Google provides; you can disconnect at any time from Settings, which deletes them.

If the AI features are enabled, text you paste into the reply assistant, week descriptions, and time searches typed on booking pages are sent to the configured AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) to understand scheduling intent and draft wording. Availability itself is always computed by Meridian, not by the AI.

Email

Meridian sends booking confirmations, reschedule notices, and cancellation notices to both the host and the invitee. There are no marketing emails.

Deleting your data

Cancelling a booking keeps a record so both sides can see what happened. To delete your account and everything attached to it, get in touch.
